Lemon Law in Ohio is only for vehicles purchased “new”. Most trucks and RVs are included (except for living space issues).

Questions

 

  • Have you reported the same problem 3 times?
  • Has it been out of service for reason of repair for 30 or more calendar days
    within the first year or first 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first?
  • Has it been the subject of andy 8 repair attempts?
  • Have you had at least 1 repair attempt for a safety problem which still exists?

Does the Problem Substantially Impair the Use, Value, or Safety of the Vehicle?

 

If either numbers 1, 3 or 4 has occurred and it began within the 18,000 miles during a one year period, then your vehicle may qualify for Lemon Law relief under Ohio law.
