PRODUCT WARRANTY ISSUES

Buy a Product That Doesn’t Work? Too Many Repair Attempts?

You no doubt have a warranty, so check it out for your rights.

You also have obligations under the warranty.  Check it out for that, too.

A warranty is a guarantee.  Not a guarantee that the product will work, but a guarantee that the manufacturer will fix it if it doesn’t.

An office conference with an attorney should result in answers to basic questions that you may have about your product and/or its warranty.  We charge $75.00 to meet with you and provide those answers.
